Refund policy
Physical Products
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days for a refund. Please contact me so that I can arrange this with you and ensure that I have all the information needed to process the return. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Fabric must be unwashed, uncut, unused and free from marks, odours or damage. If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange return and refund of the item. Proof of purchase is required.
Digital Products
No returns, exchanges or refunds will be provided on digital products (such as licences for surface pattern designs or digital patterns) and designs are sold as is. Right to cancel is lost once files and licence have been delivered. In the event that a digital file is corrupted or technically defective and cannot be accessed as supplied, a replacement of the same file will be provided. No design changes, amendments or customisation will be made after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet the conditions outlined above.
