Definitions

“Physical Products” refers to fabric and handmade items.

“Digital Products” refers to downloadable patterns and licensed design files.

“Custom-made” refers to products printed or produced to order.

“We”, “us” and “our” refers to Natalie Gwilliams trading as Nat Gwilliams.

Contract

No contract of sale will be effective until I have accepted the order and shipped the product or provided the digital download or licencing agreement to the customer and orders can be cancelled prior to this.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Digital Products

Digital products are supplied as finished works. Requests for alterations, amendments or customisation are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Colour Accuracy

Please be aware that colours may appear differently on digital devices versus the printed design, depending on your workflow colour settings and I therefore cannot guaruntee that the printed design will exactly match the colours on your screen and cannot take responsibility for colour accuracy during the print workflow.

Copyright

All designs remain the copyright property of Natalie Gwilliams (trading as Nat Gwilliams). All rights reserved. Digital products are not permitted for resale or distribution as a digital product (for example on a print-on-demand website). Designs must not be reproduced, copied or adapted without express written permission from Nat Gwilliams. Licence agreements for surface pattern designs are available for purchase.

Legal Information

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
